The traction drive model 20 covers 20,000 sq. ft. per hour (1,858m2) Traction drive models offer ergonomic, adjustable speed regulation with the turn of a dial. The Phoenix 20 features 12 gallon solution tanks and 13 gallon recovery tanks. A low brush deck design is ideal for cleaning underneath obstacles such as shelves, warehouse racks and other stationary objects.
