Medley also offers complete Training at your facility. Trainers at Medley Material Handling will provide you with all the required documentation for your certification that training has been completed. This course is designed to fulfill OSHA’s requirement that “only trained and authorized operators shall be permitted to operate powered industrial trucks.” Pre-start up inspection and start-up safety procedures, routine maintenance practice, and operating techniques are examined. This course is comprised of thorough classroom coaching, including discussion and a written test, as well as hands-on practical training and evaluation. At the conclusion of this program students should be able to demonstrate safe operation of forklift as required by the OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard CFR- 29 -1910-178.
